1) doctors in Florida are asking about gun ownerships and gun safety. people are saying it is unnecessary for doctors to ask them questions, them questions are not what the patients are there for. the first amendment doesn't give the government the asking of unnecessary questions.

2) a man George Zimmerman thought he had the 2nd amendment down pat but he didn't. he pointed guns at many of people for self-defense but he was lying.

3)John barron had a profitable harbor in Baltimore sued the mayor of Baltimore for damages, saying  that when the city had diverted the flow of streams while engaging in street construction, it had created piles of sand near his  making the water too shallow for most vessels. The trial court awarded Barron damages of $4,500, but the court reversed the ruling.

4)growing social tensions finally erupted on April 13, 1873, when an armed group of white Democrats attacked black Republican freedmen, who had gathered at the Grant Parish Courthouse in Colfax, Louisiana, to protect it from the pending Democratic takeover.  Over 100 African American freedmen were killed in the massacre, compared to only an estimated three whites.

5) I would keep the 2nd amendment.
